In order to maintain the high service level that has been the driving force of our success since the establishment of our company, we adhere to strict standards and undertake ongoing examination, inquiry and learning procedures. This is true also regarding safety and our responsibility towards our employees, our customers and the environment.

In order to manage our activity while ensuring the safety of our employees, our customers and the environment, we are committed to all the rules and regulations regarding safety and environmental protection. Globus certified with safety and environmental standards (18001 and 14001). We are committed to maintaining the safest possible work environment that will protect our employees’ physical and mental health, while promoting a culture and safety, which also relates to our organization and employees’ attitudes, stances, management culture and conduct, as far as safety and health are concerned.

Globus’ proactive attitude in the field of safety and environmental protection includes: training, medical examinations, risk management at Globus’ and its customers’ sites, risk assessment for every task, employing project controllers, hazard mapping, assembling a safety committee, conducting debriefings, management surveys etc. Our safety plan routed within our organizational structure and culture, for which all our employees maintain a shared responsibility.
